Is it compulsory to attest the certificates before getting UAE employment or residence visa?
Certificate attestation and apostille services in UAE – UAE is one of the famous country in Middle east where every day people coming from other Asian countries to get employment. Most of the population of UAE are expats coming and most of the population if from India, Pakistan, Philippines and other countries from Europe and Asia. Therefore, it is difficult for government to handle many expats and to trust upon their credentials, on bases of their credentials only UAE’s employers & Government recruit them. Therefore, Government has formed a rule for getting the residence or employment visa. It is compulsory for all the expats to submit their educational degrees, marriage certificates, birth certificate for kids to get residence or employment visa however it should be attested.
The attestation should be done through government of native country and then attested by UAE Embassy, mostly educational degrees are attested to get employment or residence visa in UAE. For example, if any Indian applicant secured a job and then he must attest his or her higher educational certificate from Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign affairs, then it must be attested through UAE Embassy. In this way, his or her Higher Educational Degree will be verified to use for Internationally and can be used to secure visas. The same process must do Apostille service, most of the western countries follow the procedure for apostille service.
